Horsetail (Equsetum arvense)
Boneset (Eupatorium perfoliatum)
Alfalfa (Medicago sativa)

Directions

2 tsp. per cup/ 2 - 3 cups per day

Cautions / Safety

Horse tail is high in silica and can irritate the kidneys, use caution. Avoid using if you have/are: Autoimmune disease (including SLE, MS, RA), Pregnancy and Lactation, Chronic infections, Chronic fatigue syndrome ,Anti-coagulant medication, Immunosuppressant medication, Photosensitizing medication
