Ingredients

Skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora)
Lime Blossom (Tilia erupaea)
California Poppy (Eschscholtzia californica)
Chamomile (Matricaria recutita)

Directions

2 – 3 tsp per cup of water. Steep for 15 – 20 minutes in a covered container. Drink in the evening a few hours before bed.

This blend is sedating. It is important for you to know how this tea will affect you before operating machinery and taking alongside other sedating medications. Caution when taking alongside Iron supplementation. Contraindications: Avoid with Asteraceae plant allergy.
