The Apotheka Circle is our cozy seasonal herbal workshop: a space to learn, connect, and explore plant medicine in community.
In this Immune Support Edition, we’ll focus on immune health through every phase:
Prevention, support during illness, and post-recovery nourishment. We’ll explore supplements, lifestyle strategies, and herbs that are best suited to different presentations (such as wet vs. dry coughs, sinus congestion vs. sore throat, and the fatigue that can show up during immune dips), and how to work with herbs that help strengthen immune resilience before you get sick. We’ll also talk about herbs for rebuilding after illness, supporting energy, and bringing the nervous system back into balance.
Each person will craft their own custom immune-support tea and tincture to take home, while we enjoy tea together.
A warm, welcoming gathering for like-minded humans who love to learn, connect, and deepen their relationship with the plants.

•2 hour in person Immune series herbal workshop
•Topics: key herbs, supplements and lifestyle strategies to support & boost your immune system.
•Craft two herbal blends, a tea & tincture with a value of $45 (you’ll take these home!)
•Warm tea will be served
•Each person will get to create 2 custom herbal blends to take home.
•A printed (or digital) handout of the key topics covered in the workshop.
