Ingredients

Skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora)
Passion Flower (Passiflora incarnata)
Catnip (Nepeta cateria)
Lavender (Lavandula off.)

Directions

2 - 3 teaspoons per cup 2 hours before bed. Steep covered for 15 - 20 minutes

Cautions / Safety

Avoid if you have an allergy to the Asteracea plant family. Avoid if pregnant as Lavender is an emmenagogue. It is always recommended to speak with a medical herbalist or your health care practitioner to make sure this product is safe for you.

Delicious. It is very soothing and gentle and is a great night time blend just before sleep time. Highly recommend.

Lovely to scent and sip

This tea is both soothing and grounding with ingredients I normally reach for when needing calm and energetic protection (lavendar and passionflower). I wanted to see what they tasted like together with other theseo ther soothing allies. It’s lovely to both scent and sip.

I deal with perimenopausal issues that affect digestion and dryness and, therefore, usually drink chamomile at night. I’ve wanted another option for outside those “dry times" for bedtime rituals I’m trying to create. I recommend this one, for sure.
