Cautions / Safety

Use with caution with pregnancy and lactation, estrogen sensitive breast cancers. Caution with men in andropause. Use with caution alongside other central nervous system depressants. Valerian also has shown to have the opposite effect on some people.

Dosage

5ml in water at bedtime if you wake take another 2-5 ml in some water. Max 10mL at night.
