Hi, I’ve only been using it for about 10 days so I can’t comment at this time. I will try it for 3 months then write a comment on its effectiveness.
All I can say is it tastes good for a tincture but I like bitter tastes.
I received my order promptly which was very good and I was pleasantly impressed by the staff and the information and instructions I received. So all said I’m impressed enough to give it a try for afew months and see if I receive the benefit that I’m hoping for.
