Ingredients

  • Anise (Pimpinella ansium)
  • Cardamom (Elleraria cardamomum)
  • Holy Basil (Ocimum tenuifolorum)
  • Chamomile (Matricaria recutita)
  • Catnip (Nepeta cataria)

Directions

2 – 3 teaspons per cup with symptoms. Steep for 15 – 20 minutes in hot water while covered to trap volatile oils.

Cautions / Safety

Do not use for long periods of time with pre-adolescents. Use with caution alongside acetaminophen.

 

Contra-indications: CMSS (Celery Mugwort Spice Syndrome) allergy. Pregnancy.
